I m also a  part of competitor in PSC in nepal. I have been seeing problem in many friends to create account in loksewa website(http://www.psc.gov.np). I decided to help them how to get admit card once they need to appear in exam. First of all, you need to login with your details in this website and follow the following steps.

1) Select the E-admit Card as in figure.

2) Select the "completed" Option and click search button.

3) Click on  the "Admit Card View" button as shown below.

4) Click the print button as in the figure below.

6) Name the file and save it. 

5) Now click on the Print Button as in the figure.

I hope you will get card easily now.
